In most cases, discharges will be a planned event determined by the treatment team.  Discharge planning begins in the initial session and continues to be discussed throughout treatment.  Immediate notification of the referral source, legal authorities, and emergency contact person will occur if you leave Family Care Center grounds.  Leaving the Family Care Center grounds without appropriate authorization may result in immediate discharged from the residential program
